How do we share information and use it?

Playing around with some ideas here, including jotting down some things we've already agreed, behaviours we already demonstrate, and some ideas for ways to work.

I believe that transparency is something we value as an organisation, so here are some ideas for how that might show up:

• default to public (all team) channels (versus small groups) - let people filter what they do and don't want to read, but not what they have access to.

• allow ourselves to try tools (and frameworks and systems) for a time, without needing to commit to them absolutely or unconditionally.
